About Me:
Ken Simpson joined Manna in 1989 as a construction site manager and currently calls upon his 32 years of experience in construction to oversee all Manna properties and supervise homeowner warranty repairs on Manna homes. In addition, he provides Homeowner Training and Condo Association Training to Manna home owners and condominium owners of Manna properties. Prior to becoming the Director of Property Management Ken Simpson supervised Manna’s work on several projects, including the Nehemiah Project (1300 block of Belmont Street, NW) and the unit block of Galveston Place, SW. Mr. Simpson then served as a member of Manna’s Project Development team, and later was Manna’s Contracts Administrator before moving into Property Management and Customer Service. Prior to joining Manna, Mr. Simpson was construction coordinator for Albemarle Housing Improvement Project (AHIP).
