As Deputy Director of Micro-Loan Programs at Manna, Maria leads program execution and oversees consumer loan portfolios, performance metrics, internal database management, and funder reporting. Previously, Maria served as a small business coach and grants program manager, where she gained extensive expertise in business management and economic development.
