Nicolé’s work is grounded in a belief that access to resources and opportunities is essential to fostering lasting change and building a more equitable future for historically marginalized communities.
In Nicolé's previous role she led a team and oversaw the Matched Savings, and the Cash Transfers Guaranteed income programs. She led innovative initiatives designed to support and empower low-to-moderate-income Black and Brown communities in the Washington, DC area.
